House Rules

Shared Property

There are three dwellings on the property: Baycliff (the house), the Guest House (cabin), and the Pines (cabin). Please be mindful that other guests and neighbors may be nearby, and keep noise at a respectful level at all times.

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

  • Swimming is not allowed.

  • Parking is limited to no more than two cars per dwelling.

Cliff Deck

  • All guests are welcome to enjoy the cliff deck.

  • Please do not monopolize the space — it is shared by everyone.

  • Be considerate and courteous of other guests.

  • A glass of wine on the deck in the evening is perfectly fine - just please keep voices low.

  • The cliff and the bay are for everyone’s enjoyment; thank you for being thoughtful of others.

Occupancy

Only guests listed in the registered party may stay overnight. Any additional overnight guests require prior approval from the owner and are the responsibility of the registered guest.

Maximum occupancy is five guests per cabin and six guests in the house, unless prior notice is given to the owner.

Appliances & Amenities

Please help us keep the property and furnishings in good condition by using all appliances and amenities only for their intended purposes.

If an accident occurs, or if something breaks or goes missing during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so we can repair or replace it promptly.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome with prior approval from the owner before arrival.

  • Please clean up after your pet promptly and dispose of waste properly.

  • If your pet sleeps in bed or sits on furniture, please use the designated blanket and set it aside so it can be laundered after your stay.

Trash & Recycling

All trash and recycling should be placed in the appropriate receptacles located at the side of the house.

Housekeeping

There is no daily housekeeping service during your stay.

Septic System

All dwellings are on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Feminine products or any other items should never be flushed.
