Before booking your stay at Baycliff, please take a moment to review our rental policies. These guidelines outline important reservation, payment, and cancellation information to help make your booking experience as simple and straightforward as possible.

Rental Period

• Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

​

Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

​

Cancellation Policy

• Baycliff (House)

  • More than 2 months before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 2 months to more than 1 month before arrival: 50% refund.

  • 1 month or less before arrival: No refund.

​

• Guest House & The Pines (Cabins)

  • More than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% refund.

  • 2 weeks or less before arrival: 50% refund.

Pet Policy

• We welcome your furry companions! Pets are welcome at all three of our accommodations for an additional pet fee:

  • Baycliff (House): $125

  • Guest House & The Pines (Cabins): $75

• Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing a pet.
