Rental Stay Requirements
Baycliff operates under a VR - 2 Permit issued by the Town of Bar Harbor. Under Bar Harbor’s vacation-rental ordinance, our minimum stay is 5 nights.
Baycliff rentals are offered on a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule, with a 7-night minimum during our regular rental season.
Prices include 9% Maine sales tax.
